Need a hard copy of your presentation with your speaker notes included? Google Slides makes it easy to print or save your slides with notes. Here is how.
Step 1: Open Print Settings
Open your Google Slides presentation. Click on File in the top menu bar, then scroll down and select Print settings and preview.
Step 2: Change Layout to Include Notes
By default, it shows "1 slide without notes". Look for the toolbar at the top that appears. Click the dropdown menu that says "1 slide without notes".
Select 1 slide with notes from the list. You will see a preview update to show your slide with the speaker notes below it.
Step 3: Print or Download as PDF
Once the preview looks correct:
- Click Print to send it directly to your printer.
- Or click Download as PDF to save a digital copy with your notes.
Pro Tip: Ensure your speaker notes are not too long, as they might get cut off if they exceed the page space available in the print layout.
