Follow this simple step-by-step guide to translate complete Google Slides presentations and Google Forms questionnaires into 200+ languages in seconds.
Step 1: Install the Add-on
First, install Slide Translato — Slide & Form Translator from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

Open the presentation you want to translate in Google Slides or your quiz/survey in Google Forms.
Step 3: Launch the Sidebar
In the top menu bar, click Extensions > Slide Translato > Open Translate Menu (or Open Translate Panel in Forms).
Step 4: Choose Target Languages
In the sidebar:
- The Source Language is detected automatically (or choose manually).
- Select your desired Target Languages among 200+ supported languages.
Step 5: Translate in One Click
Click Translate. The add-on creates clean translated copies with all original formatting, slide layouts, images, and form question logic perfectly preserved.
